Plotline

Crockett and Tubbs are undercover in the Big Apple, where they hope to crack a mulit-million dollar cocaine operation headed by Revillas brothers and their gang of Colombian hoods who're murdering federal agents. Police have been stymied in their investigation and suspect a leak. Crockett, out of his milieu, and Tubbs, back in his hometown, attempt to set up a meeting with the Revillas brothers for a buy. Through Jimmy Borges, a drug dealer and supplier, they gain access to key people in the operation and track down a large delivery of cocaine. They confiscate half of it to use in bartering with the Revillas and a meeting with the brothers is finally planned at the World Trade Center. But things take a sudden and unexpected turn when Crockett and Tubbs discover the real brains behind the operation.
